Well, not with the Form Wizard, as far as I know. Use the Form Navigator.
Open your form in Form design (edit) mode. The Form Navigator can be
activated via the Form Design Toolbar (bit hard to describe what the
icon looks like because it varies according to your OS/icon theme).
The Form Navigator lets you add subforms and link them to the master form.
