I have a problem with link to database in calc.

I use libreoffice 3.5 on linux ubuntu 10.4
Before was installed libreoffice 3.3

Now when I press F4 in calc appear some database where old, used before
installing libreoffice 3.5

If I go on tools> option> libreoffice base>database no database are open
( except Bibliography that I have eliminate).
Also If I add a new database and I close and reopen ......libreoffice
base> database do not appear any database. It is empty.
Please if somebody can help me.

Let's start with the first chain link. Seemingly you have some collection of spreadsheets you want to read as if they were a database. For several reasons the sheets of a calculator program are the worst container medium to store data for any database purposes.

1) Anyhow, how do the data look like? Can you post a few lines of data here? Just copy the first 3 lines of a list and paste into your mail client. 2) Are there more than one database-like lists in one spreadsheet document? Do these lists share the same structure of fields (columns)? 3) Are there many spreadsheets you want to use like that? Do they also share the same structure of columns? 4) Are you sure that your data are consistent across columns, sheets and documents? Can you be sure that date columns contain nothing but dates and numeric columns contain nothing but numbers?
