Well, this is not libreoffice's wiki but rather the internal help function. So
you'd better close the bug and write a new one with Component "Documentation",
or you can change the bug title to something lik "LOCALHELP should mention how
to re-enable Page Break in Calc, see comment#22" (if I understand it
correctly) and change the Component to "Documentation".
I don't know exactly, whom to (re)assign the bug, but Andras (timar74 (at)
gmail.com) should be a good starting point.
