At the Dutch Tweakers.net site user SP1980 mentioned another location where
the "Dutch spelling and hyphenation Dictionary" extension can be found, as
an OpenOffice.org extension:
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/node/1456
It's the same file (although abbreviated to nl-dict-v2.00g.oxt)
