Hi,Last April, I asked how to import .ps-files in LO. I got several answers and one of them was the use of oolilypond extension. I tried that but as originally the scores are exported in musicxml I had to resort to a cumbersome rout using Musescore and than output the score as Lilypond text. Apparently my writing was too complex for it as it reliably crashed. As an escape, I follow the route via postscript (the scores can be exported as postscript and then using convert, or gs or the Gimp) to convert it to jpeg for import in LO, either directly or in a frame. However, as I use many examples as well for a book I'm writing as for articles etc. I still have the request to the developers to make beside the oolilypond extension a loxml extension. I'm no programmer and I don't know the intricacies of the music fonts. In the list of musixxml supporting programs > http://www.recordare.com/musicxml/community/software I found also Koffice.I have as yet not tried it but I hope it works and that some developers of LO contact developers of Koffice to see if some collaboration could give this - at least for me - very useful addition to LO.
