The printer is manage by CUPS : Canon iR C1021i with 2 trays  and paper bin.
The problem is in LO (writer / impress ...). It works in kdpf and others 
softwares.

Only A4 and W/B or color. In which trays, we put A4 paper.

In cups, i have configured the same printers but i force the tray 1 and 
it works. I don't know why i can't choose manually the source.
