text, spreadsheets, presentations, vector graphics, embeddable formula
objects and database frontends.
If you do not install all the components you will run into trouble,
sooner or later.
If your users are really that dumb you should definitively not install
this productivity suite. There are free Microsoft viewers for their
presentations and text processor documents. They also provide versions
of PowerPoint and WinWord without license fee but with user interfaces
for alleged dumb users.
