I have addressed Jaap directly on this message.
Jaap, perhaps something similar to the attached graph is what you are 
looking for.
I realize that attachments are stripped from these emails.  I do not 
have on-line storage,
but, if anyone else would like to look at the  attached spreadsheet I 
can send it directly to you off-line.
