Which OS is that? Can you run libreoffice from a terminal? You mightr be able to see messages on
the terminal that can help

Edit the /etc/hosts file
There, you'd see something like:
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.1.1 the_computer_name
Just add below:
127.0.1.1 the_computer_name localhosts the_computer_name.(none)
