You just need to edit the Data Ranges in your charts.

Replace with this for your first chart
$'Dec 2011'.$A$18:$B$41;$'Dec 2011'.$B$3:$B$4;$'Dec 2011'.$H$3:$H$4;$'Dec
2011'.$H$18:$H$41

The problem is that you need to redefine the Range for Name in the Data
Series tab.
