Errr, if the file was in the back-up folder then open it and save elsewhere to make it your new 
main copy.  Hopefully you might be able to quickly catch up with however much further you had taken 
it.

Yes I´ve checked the backup folder and it was there, but as you said it would
be strange if Office saved defect files.
So I guess I have rewrite it all then?
