reality. Of course it is well possible to help, once someone shows
interest, with designing details, testing etc. And also, in the
LibreOffice community, the possibility for relatively new developers to
get started, to send in patches, to find guidance etc. is really great.

I hope this makes both sense and things a bit more clear.

Actually, I would be interested in creating a macro to solve the issue. I
want to know what variables are already in the programming. I will need to
use two variables, an object variable for the initial selection and another
for its number of rows. Thank you!
