The reason is, that the display value in the cell is a number. If you use a text as display value, it is imported correctly. You have to correct it in Excel, in LibO the link is already lost.

I vaguely remember that LibO is not able to use a number as display text for a hyperlink. At least I'm not able to generate such a link. But I do not find an issue for it.
