Hi :) Sorry for the delay in getting a reply to you! Have you tried renaming your user-profile to "get back to factory defaults"? It is roughly like getting a fresh install http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=74&t=12426 Renaming rather than deleting means you can rename back or copy back some of the folders to regain some settings, galleries, extensions and so on.
