Correct.
But I guess its better to ask where the resources are from, so for 
Otacílio that is as BSD.
Unless of course the idea is to specifically test and develop with the 
LibreOffice resources. Then the devs will be glad to help.

Now - that may be coincidence - I see that the thread is broken. I hope
