Yes, you can insert multiple references to any object (footnote, figure, table, etc) Go to Insert, Cross-reference and select Footnotes from the left column and then choose the footnote you want to refer to on the top right list. Curiously there seems to be a bug in the insert cross-reference that only when you create the Footnote the reference is inserted as Superscript (as expected).
