I have several macros, which for illustration I will call One, Two, Three,

by dashes (rem --------------) I would request that rem - be replaced with
rem One , rem Two , (there is an optional space after the macro name) so
that if I am editing any given macro, I know easily which macro I am in.

tried to Find & Replace, but...
Thanks, and bless you.
Select your macro (from 'sub One' until 'end sub')
and then do a search& replace (CTRL+ALT+F)
for 'rem -----'
with rem -----One ----' (or whatever text you like)
with the check set under MoreOptions/CurrentSelectionOnly
