OK. I had only searched for 'LibreOffice' solutions, not OpenOffice ones...
Something like provided on the above link is probably what our sysadmins would
need. I have two remarks:
1) Apparently this also works with LibreOffice, because at the download page, it
is written:
"Note: This version of the OpenOffice-Enterprise client software is compatible
with OpenOffice v3.2.1 and earlier. A version that is compatible with OpenOffice
v3.3 and LibreOffice v3.3 will be released shortly."
2) I'm not sure how 'free' the above solution is. It appears that is only
limited to a certain number of computers, and if one wants more, one has to pay...
To be honest, I'm looking for 100 completely free (not as in beer, but as in
speech) solutions...
