-->Pretty obvious you used OO on the previous 3 - I wonder if something was left out of/forgotten
about in developing LO???? Options or defaults changed??? The problem I'm having with the merge
cell function - no problems in OO, but have problems in LO - is really making me begin to wonder if
LO is really ready for "prime time"????????
Roxy

I am using LibreOffice 3.2.2 and Ubuntu 11.4.
This is the fourth year I have been using Writer to create a guidebook
for an annual artists tour.It has lots of photos, maps, and such that
must be precisely placed.
In the past I have had a little difficulty with things not staying put,
but this year every time I add or delete pictures, all the pictures and
maps in the remaining pages of the book move to the wrong pages.
I have tried anchoring pictures to page and to paragraph, but that does
not seem to affect this problem. What else could I be doing wrong?
Thanks.
Barbara
