It wasn't clear to me, that you had already the program installed.

How did you install it? Just use the same method and instead of "Install" or "Repair" choose the 
option "Uninstall". (That is for a Windows install). Alternatively, you can use the Systemsettings 
Software and look for LibreOffice and choose there "Uninstall". 

If you instead have a Linux OS, just use your package manager, search for *libreoffice* and check 
all the packages for deinstallation. I am sure, that any BSD distribution has a similar process. 
For Mac, you just need to move the LibreOffice icon onto the garbage bin and MacOS will uninstall 
it.
