Hi, Regina.
It's been reported on Windows 7 X64 and Windows XP SP3 by two different
users so far.
Since Load LibreOffice at System Startup is selected, a link to
quickstart.exe is found in my XP startup folder, as expected.
Yes, I have proved it in the meantime. I want to excluse, that
'soffice.exe' is in the autostart.
Quickstarter.exe did not shows the startscreen in 3.3.2. It just activated
the tray icon like OO.org did. I think that's the desired and expected
behavior.
You are right. You will see the wrong behavior too, if you close the
quickstarter icon in the task bar and then call quickstarter.exe
A bug report already exists.

I never use quickstarter. Are you sure you need it? I use an icon on the
desktop to start LO.
Kind regards
Regina
