[libreoffice-users] Is this list unmoderated?

Hello LO Users,

 Earlier today I joined this list for ongoing support with LibreOffice, and
 I seem to be getting quite a few messages which are unrelated to
 LibreOffice. So I was just curious, is this an unmoderated list? Does
 anything go?

 I've been using lists for many years, so I'm pretty much used to moderators
 directing users to take 'dead horse' debates off-list to save them being
 inflicted on other people.

 My apologies if this seems on the wrong side of rude.
