Hello,
one more note to unsubscribing, as this seems to occur often:
The address you use for unsubscribing has to be the *SAME* as the one
you used for subscribing. If you subscribe with you@yourcompany.com and
unsubscribe with you@yourprivateaccount.org, it can *NOT* work, as our
mailing list system for sure cannot know who you are.
So, if you try unsubscribing and it doesn't work, please double-check
it's the right address. You can also have a look at the message headers
to find out which account the mail was delivered to.
If in doubt: Do not rant on the list, but rather write to the humans who
can help you, i.e. our team of admins, at
postmaster@documentfoundation.org
We usually reply within a few hours. And again, please do *NOT* open
tickets on spam reporting sites. It is *NOT* our fault if you use the
wrong address. We can help you, but you need to let us know.
Thanks,
Florian
