On the download page (http://www.libreoffice.org/download/), you should
have been offered two files. One of them is the Help pack. Here is a
direct link:
http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/3.3.2/rpm/x86/LibO_3.3.2_Linux_x86_helppack-rpm_en-US.tar.gz
