problem is most likely that your printer driver has become
corrupted. Try removing the printer and re-installing it- I mean
in the printer management section of Windows or whatever your
operating system is.Hopefully that should fix the problem. If it
doesn't fix it try re-installing your printer driver or see if
you can download a more recent version of the printer driver.-
The printer does have duplex capability; the operating system I am using
is the Ubuntu I just downloaded. I did remove the printer, reboot,
reinstall, and it now works fine. Thank you both!
