Ahah, the bug-reports do accept attachments/uploads so perhaps you could post 
your attachments there to "bump" those reports and see if it helps re-kindle 
interest.  Sun sat on a lot of bug-reports disallowing developments/fixes so 
perhaps those reports just need to be bumped a bit.

Then you could post links to the users list so we can see your attachments in 
the bug-report?

Hi to all
Kerning doesn't work, even if activated from the character panel.

The font used for capture-1 file is Minion-Pro, kerning pairs "AV"," VA"
or "Ty" are inserted in the kerning feature included in the GPOS table
only (capture-1)
It's possible to compare this by using scribus where kerning works (capture-2)
It's possible to reproduce this using Houros ADF created for test (capture-3 and
kern file)

The same trouble appeared for ADF's fonts in LibreOffice and Ooo. The
solution found was to add a standard kerning table in addition of the
kerning feature of the GPOS table.

There is no problem like this with Ooo on Windows (Ooo.win file)
This bug is reported but seems ignored.
