So whomever is the list mom needs to correct the E-mail sig. Please.

I don't see why? The signature states "unsubscribe instructions", so this means, that you will get 
the instructions how to unsubscribe, when you send a message to this address. I think, this is 
correct. 

Unfortunately, the instructions to unsubscribe are different for the different email options, 
that's why it is done in this way.
