OpenOffice sheets to LibreOffice that there is a problem with linked
cells and one has to save the LibreOffice sheet to a new name (cannot
re-use existing ods file).

There was a bug with linked cells in one of the recent versions that
will be fixed in 3.4.0
Sorry for not looking up all details, but I expect that this might be
your problem too.
