In a OO document with tables, every mouseover on the entire document's table
gives an annoying and persistent black background comment of "Adjust table
Row"or "Adjust Table Column" or "Select Table Column"?
Please, how to disable this?
Seriously, who really thinks something like this is an asset in any way?
Didn't we have enough sense to rise above "Clippy" and all that?
