Yep. Found the old bug that I participated in:

See comments #29,30 & 35.
You can test easily by:
$ sudo apt-get -s remove kdelibs5-data
Be *sure* to use the '-s' which mean 'simulate' so that nothing actually
gets removed.

Sample from mine:
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  gdebi-kde k3b k9copy karbon kchart kde-window-manager kdebase-runtime
  kdebase-workspace kdebase-workspace-bin kdelibs-data kdelibs4c2a
  kdelibs5-data kdelibs5-plugins kdepim-runtime kdesudo kdm kdoctools kexi
  kfloppy kgraphviewer kinfocenter klipper kmobiletools koffice-libs kspread
  ksysguard ktranslator okular plasma-dataengines-workspace plasma-desktop

Anyway, just wanted to point out that the the issue is not related to LO
in case someone comes across this thread in the archives at some other time.
