Disregard. I went back and did a reinstall/repair and found that there
were dictionaries installed for just about every language on the planet.
Uninstalled those& only installed English& the Help|Contents no longer
shows those two entries. Sorry for the noise.
Yes, I've run into this...

What is the reasoning behind installing all of these dictionaries???
They are all selected in the install as default and you need to go through
two lists( dictionary and languages) in the custom install to deselect them
before install.

You installed Windows all-languages right?
The real issue about dictionaries, for my view of it, is that even though you speak Spanish, you speak a local version of it and need to have that spell checking system. For English, each region have their own spelling of standard words. Britain English spells words like "color" as "colour". Ask any kid in US schools to tell you what they are told when they use the "other" word spelling. I was told that we spell out works our way and do not use any other spelling of these word even if it is a "proper" spelling in the dictionary. This from an English teacher when I was young. I used a dictionary to help spell my word in a paper. Now we have many different version of English, Spanish, German, and many other languages. There are 4 different spelling dictionaries for French. One have a "reform 1990" on its title. Over the years "people with the power" decides what is the correct spelling of our words, if there are several "correct" ways to spell it. I took college English and a few years later there were new books out telling you that everything you were taught in college [or any other school] a few years ago no longer is correct and not excepted anymore. The same goes with spelling words. So each localized version of a language will have different ways to spell the same word that are proper for their region and not proper for a different one.
