        Test text sample:

                File > Properties > Description > Comments:

                        "comment1
                         comment2
                         comment3"

        Saved as 'test1.odt'

                Closed and re-opened:  all comments OK.

        Saved as 'test1_MS-W97.doc'

                Closed and re-opened:  all comments OK.

        Saved as 'test1_MS-W2007XML.docx'

                Closed and re-opened:

                File > Properties > Description > Comments:

                        "comment3"

                (The 3rd comment line retained only!)
