Launch LibreOffice. The applications starts normally and displays the start up
banner/application selector, very quickly. Select File/Recent Documents and
select a single page (A4) .odt file containing 3/4 page of text only, no
graphics. I then get a delay of up to 15 seconds or so before the document is
available with a flashing cursor and editing can commence.
I have done a search on bugs.freedesktop.org and google to no avail.
Using openSUSE 11.3 64bit with KDE 4.6.0 stable and LibreOffice 3.3.1 RC2
Linux / Windows the same - delete your LO profile. QuickStart from OO
has to be disabled.
