Hi :)
This has to be a javascript error surely? Does the machine have a javascript
installed? Do you know what version it has? I wouldn't have a clue how to look
any of this up except through FireFox which would be very clunky and
uninformative about this.
Please let us know what you can about the system, presumably it's Windows?
(Linux keeps applications and stuff updated without the user really having to
worry)
