Hello all,

Is there a way to hide the 'header' and 'footer' when printing?

We use papers on which the 'header' and 'footer' are already printed.
However, we want the header/footer in PDF documents that are generated
to be shared with people.

We are wondering how to do this with LibreOffice.

Thanks,
Joe

Hi Joe,

This can be achieved using conditional text and a control variable. There is
a good help page available within the LibreOffice Help that explains it
quite clearly. I just followed it myself, and by setting a variable just before
printing, all headers and footers can be hidden so they will not print.

Hope this helps.

Best regards, Dave
