This is the place for questions about LIbreOffice.
For questions about OpenOffice.org you can go to users@opneoffice.org.

You can install LibreOffice on a server and make use of roaming 
profiles. I guess that is what you mean.
However, the exception is rather un-determined to me.

Maybe the bootstrap file in the program folder is the first step to 
solve your problem?
