I am still getting errors. I have removed the following:
*/Application\ Data/OpenOffice.org */Application\ Data/LibreOffice
(These are relative to the AppData share in the domain.)
The errors now are that LibreOffice has stopped working. I am waiting on
one machine to restart (just in case something weird is going on) to
test again.

Removing these directories leave the system saying the the application
stopped working and bringing up the window allowing it to be reported to
Microsoft (this was Vista/7 64bit, I haven't tried XP again).
