Is there a command such as
libreoffic -writer --version
or something like that, or use the "Help" menu to find which RC you are using?
Do you know if you are now on RC2? Again, i think this is an issue to "bump up"
to bug-squad.

I updated from RC1 to RC2 on both of my (64-bit) Ubuntu machines and
got this error on both machines:

Errors were encountered while processing:
./DEBS/libobasis3.3-en-us-help_3.3.0-18_amd64.deb
This is from running sudo ./update in the LibO.... directory created
from untarring the gzipped Debian release.
Everything seems to work, but this does bother me some....
