You have asked Firefox to connect securely to bugs.freedesktop.org, but
we
can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted
identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However,
this
site's identity can't be verified....

AFAIK many users got this message and probably were irritated. The site
uses a certificate from http://www.cacert.org, which is not pre-installed
with Mozilla Firefox.

Not with Chrome and Opera either(For sure on Fedora 13). So some
consideration must be done to prevent this from happening(maybe ensuring
that people are knowing in advance that they are going to get such warning,
and they may ignore it and proceed without any compromise related to
security)
