[libreoffice-projects] Online Version For LibreOffice

Hi all,

the board decided some month ago to send LibreOffice Online to the
attic. The online repository on the LibreOffice resources is currently
in a state from autumn 2020.

I worked on this source code to get it up to date. Because of the
decision of the board I did the work on Github instead (until TDF
decides to continue with LibreOffice Online).
