   + Can access rights be set on a folder level with LO Doc Workfolder?
Could the Draft folders be set with restricted rights limiting ability

Discussion: 
+ NextCloud Access for non-TDF members (olivier)
    The better method IMHO is (guilhem)1/ to have them create an SSO
account,

    Proposal to submit to BoD: 
    Exisisting authors:    give access to NextCloud to all that 
    1) is already in old ODFAuthor
    2) has registered in auth.documentfoundation.org
    3) has explicitely demanded to join the new NextCloud team
        + this will clean the logins database to the current active
volunteers.
     
     Newcommers
     + Not block newcommers who want to join (Dave)
     + Register in auth.documentation.org (olivier)
     + Register in doc ML (all)
     + Evaluate interest on the subject of documentation (all)
    
+ Icon set: 
     + Use colibre icon set.
     
AI: Update the wiki pages on procedures with NC (olivier)

+ Help updating release notes for 6.2 (asked on the Doc IRC channel)
