   +  Assembling the book thru a Master Document
       + Changes on images anchoring
   + Redo most dialog screenshots for Chapters
       + to improve image quality
       + To resize screenshots in many cases, for better page layout
       + Make screenshots of dialogs more uniform
   + Added instructions on how to assemble the Guide with a Master document.

Discussion:
    + Let's finish the Guide and publish it.
    + Corrections will come if necessary, Master document is at hand.
