Although the HackFest should be focused on development, I think that we
could add a non development related task - for instance, in December we
could focus on the upcoming announcement to start drafting documents -
to increase participation from community members.
Of course, this should not be seen as an "everyone is welcome" message,
but I think it could be important for people who are not skilled devs
but are willing to contribute to the community building side of the
HackFest.
