That's great -- thanks for your help! From the marketing side, we have
various materials you can use, eg:


If you have a stand with a computer, you can display one of the
presentations there, or the "This is LibreOffice" video:


Of course, most people at an open source event will already know what
LibreOffice is, so you can also encourage people to join our project and
community. We can send you printed copies of these flyers, for instance:


Or I can send you the ODG file if you want to translate it into another
language. Oh, and I have plenty of stickers I can send you too --
everyone likes stickers :-)
