Well it is a big problem when the server's drive dies within 24 hours of the big push for the new release. Sometimes I wonder if Solid State drives are worth the trouble, even though they are faster [most times].

I got the following error this morning for the "normal" download page this morning
---

Down for maintenance - please try again later
The LibreOffice website is undergoing a short maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again in 10 minutes. In the meantime you can browse to our wiki instead.
If you came to download LibreOffice, head over to our download server.
Normal operation will resume as soon as possible.

I do not know what it means by "head over to our download server" when you get that error on the download page, though. I just used the "http://www.libreoffice.org/download-more/"; page, since it was the only page that did not give me the error this morning. It was up, so it might have been on a different server. Maybe next time that error text would show up, it could have the URL for the download server since the "http://www.libreoffice.org/download/"; URL gave me the error.

Hi :)
The wiki-pages keep dropping out. Just got a 503 "temporarily unable to service your
request due to maintenance downtime or capacity
problems" :D That's good news for the marketing team but slightly embarrassing for the websites
crew.

Congrats and regards from
Tom :)

And we have a tweet storm since over 4 hours. It's going to be fun and
the infra team is going to earn its beershot tonight :-)

Best,

Charles.

I'm looking to media from Spain, but these days I look mostly at
English sites for tech news. I only remember Barrapunto.

Hi :)
It's looking good. Lots of articles out there already! Are more
on the way? Getting on Phoronix was a great move but the thread is
not hugely positive just yet (only about 4 posts so perhaps just a
storm in a tea-cup)

Still, it's great to be there so fast!
Regards from
Tom :)

Sure, I guess. Do you mind doing this?

Thanks,

Charles.
