step he has taken, as he took it.

Indeed, Dave brought this up some time ago and a number of people
discussed it in a thread. My recollection is that I (and others)
strongly encouraged he do this. It was, and is, my understanding that
LibO has no official disc distributor and is happy to have
individuals provide the service within their local regions. The open
source nature of the software encourages this, and at the very
reasonable price point Dave chose, I don't see what could be a
problem here. More people will be able to get copies of LibreOffice,
which is good for the project and all of us involved!

That is all true.
But that does not mean that using an url as libreoffcedvd is automatically OK. Maybe we should have paid more attention discussing that?
