I guess not in terms of license, but in terms that the page is hidden 
and will only be communicated over LibO channels. :-)

Nope, I guess it won't. Any other user can download the files as well. :-)

I told them that if they want to do so, I am not happy, but if they 
insist, it's ok -- then they would have to offer the download, however. 
It seems that they won't ask for personal data, but rather hope on word 
of mouth, and then it would be even ok for me to host the files at our 
infrastructure.
