Dave, I think this is a good idea. In the past, some OOo community members sold installer CDs on 
Ebay and moved at least 100 units a week (this was from just one family I spoke with). Ebay had a 
policy against selling software CDs, even FOSS, so they ended up abandoning the project. However, 
if you can find a good platform (maybe Etsy or CafePress?), I think you can provide a valuable 
service and produce some income too.

In terms of the software licensing, you are fully free to do this.

Ultimately, we should put contact info for CD sellers on the website download page. We just need to 
ensure we fairly represent everyone who wants to set up such an operation. For now, though, go for 
it!

Thanks a lot Dave and Ben. Yes, we should have a spot for those who will burn CD/DVD version of LibO. We'll have to make sure that we put one on the Drupal site.
