How do we get the short form videos to you and your team?

If you have access to TDF's Nextcloud instance, you could upload and share there:

Let me know if you need help with that.

What are the specs for the videos - such as the screen size, the length of the videos, the file format, and the like?

As we're focusing on short-form portrait videos, I'd try to make the LibreOffice window more in portrait form. I know that's not always easy as the suite tends to work better in landscape, but see what you can do. At least square would be good. Our design agency can do some magic with the rest.

I'd try to keep the videos to under a minute. Showcase one single feature, one tip or trick, or a three-step quick tutorial. As mentioned, the design agency can add subtitles, arrows etc. And then send in WebM, MP4 or whatever you like.

Cheers!
Mike
