Hi. Good ideas.
I also suggested to promoter the project in schools and universities (involving directly
universities and researchers would be a great goal).
Some ideas could be partecipating in events, organizing courses and demonstrations (e.g. how to
write a dissertation in LibreOffice, including tables, formulas, database...).
Another idea could be giving printed manuals to public libraries in order to make the project more
visibile and attract curiosity.
In the future maybe establishing prizes e.g. for students to solved some problema or a LibreOffice
summer of code. But It will take time and money.
Making a link or post like 'develop with as' somewhere (I Guess somebody would join, but doesn't
know how).
Or I don't know.

Et I was looking for days which could be turned into local LibreOffice
events to promote the project. As an example, the Document Freedom Day
falls on the 25th of March every year, and we can organize a local
meetup to raise awareness and grow the community. Please let me know
about such dates and if there's a list, please help by pointing to it.
Further, we could also organize release parties (in case we get
volunteers) for major releases of LibreOffice, similar to Debian having
release parties for Trixie (see https://wiki.debian.org/ReleasePartyTrixie).
Thank you!
